The object of the Louis Vuitton Foundation is sponsorship and "the creation and contemporary art of the twentieth century and the twenty-first century". It is located in the zoological gardens of the 16th district of Paris and the founder is Bernard Arnault (LVMH Chairman - Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA). The building of spectacular structure was designed by the Canadian architect Frank Gehry. The inauguration took place on 20th October 2014.
On 2nd October 2006, Bernard Arnault, announced launching of the "Louis Vuitton Foundation for Creation and Contemporary Art".
This amazing museum hosts private collections of the LVMH group (Takashi Murakami, Chris Burden, Ange Leccia, Mark Rothko, Damien Hirst ...) and temporary exhibitions.
